No. Ibotta Go programs do not have any setup or hidden fees.
Your program will be live until the entire program budget is used or 6 months has elapsed since the program start date, whichever occurs sooner. Various factors impact budget usage including the product type, offer reward amount, and product distribution.
Only one Ibotta Go program can be live at a time. If your brand requires a more complex program setup, our Partnerships team can help you scope a larger-scale traditional Ibotta program.
You can extend your Ibotta Go program for a one time extension fee of $1,000. This fee is subtracted from your remaining program budget. Your program will then continue until the entire program budget is used or 12 months has elapsed since the program start date, whichever occurs sooner. Ibotta Go programs cannot extend beyond 12 months.
Your offer can launch in-app as soon as 3 weeks from the completion of payment and asset submission.
Ibotta users are always looking for their next favorite brand or product. In order to ensure that emerging brands can effectively move units and drive brand awareness, we require an offer value that is at least 50% of the MSRP of the lowest SKU in your offer. So whether a user buys a single-serve or a multi-pack, they'll receive the same offer value.
Time to celebrate your program's success! We'll send you a final report with your program performance and you can see program performance at any time in the Ibotta Go platform.
Ibotta Go is designed for emerging CPG brands that generally meet the following criteria:
- New, emerging, or challenger brand.
- Sell a consumer packaged goods product in at least one regional or national grocery/mass-merchandise chain.
- Have not worked with Ibotta before.
Ibotta Go cash back offers can be redeemed on valid products of any MSRP, but to ensure the performance of your program, we require that the lowest MSRP value included in your offer be at or below $12.
Most consumer-facing CPG products sold in retailers (ie: food, personal care, household goods) are eligible for Ibotta Go. Products that require age verification are not supported in Ibotta Go at this time. All products and programs are subject to final approval by Ibotta.
Program performance is available at any time within the Ibotta Go platform. We'll also reach out with periodic updates as your program hits redemption milestones.
